Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! (August 8 2025)

There are those who might think of worshipping Jesus the Messiah because they believe his testimony, but Jesus answer to them is in Revelation 19. The anointed angel or messenger to the people says to them when they want to worship him,

“See you don’t do that: I am your fellow-servant (Matthew 20:28; Mark 10:45; Romans 1:16-25), and of your brethren that have the testimony that Yeshua (Jesus) had: WORSHIP GOD (Deuteronomy 6:4-15; Mark 12:29): for the testimony of Yeshua (Jesus) is the spirit of prophecy.”

This angel or messenger that God sent was one of the brethren. He came out of them, born out of the woman (Romans 1:3, 4) in the wilderness, so worship is inappropriate. The Anointing Spirit in Christ was the authority that was given to him by our heavenly Father Himself. It was God Who made Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah and not Jesus himself. So it is also with all of Christ's brothers and sisters.

The saying "Jesus came to serve, not to be served" highlights a central theme in the Christian faith: Jesus's life and ministry were characterized by humility and selfless service to others, rather than seeking personal power or recognition. This idea is explicitly stated in Matthew 20:28 and Mark 10:45, where Jesus says, "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many". NOT ALL!

Jesus was send by God to do God's will and to show those who have fallen away from the truth what is God's purpose for us and the world.

Jesus did not come for those who already believe and obey God, Jesus came for the unbelievers, the strays, those who don't walk according to God's ways. those that have been deceived in believing in lies, according to the things of the world instead of according to God's will and purpose. Jesus was sent by God to reveal the future coming of God's Kingdom here on earth, as it is in heaven. Just as the Lord's Prayer that Jesus taught us in (Matthew 6:9-13 and Luke 11:2-4).

Only God saves, and this is exactly what Jesus came into this world for, to reveal the one and only true God, our God and his God and to bring us close to the Father through the "Good News of Jesus Gospel", which is God's future earthly kingdom. (Galatians 3:28)

(John 20:17) Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

Being Jew, Christian, or Muslim does not give you a free ticket to be in the presence of God. In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus states that "not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 7:21). This verse highlights the importance of not just professing faith, but also living a life that aligns with God's will.

Jesus made this very clear when he said he came for the lost sheep, not the saved ones. (Matthew 15).

Jesus was quoting (Deuteronomy 6:4) when he said:

Hear, O Israel: The Lord OUR God is one Lord: 5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. (Mark 12:29)

Wisdom from Above!

What is His Name, and What is His Son's Name?

Proverbs 30:4 -  Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?

(Acts 2:22) Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know.

Jesus said he is the son of God, not God The Father in (John10:36) Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

(Matthew 16:15-17) He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? [16] And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. [17] And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

(John 11:27) She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

(Acts 9:20) “And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God

(Matthew 27:54) They that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

Even demons know Jesus is the son of God and not God the Father in (Mark 3:11; Matthew 8:29) And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.

This "proof" cannot come from the preacher. It cannot come from our mother, father or church. This is the proof that comes from God alone. He gives this to the sons of God. He shows us the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. We have faith that Jesus was who He said He was--not because we have only heard it, but because we have known it. The unction that comes from God has come to us. We have heard the voice. We have seen the evidence. We have known.

This also was how Jesus knew who He was.

He was not born with an adult mind which was fully educated as to what His future would be. No, He was given this knowledge the same way Peter was given the knowledge. "For the first time the child Jesus looked upon the temple. He saw the white-robed priests performing their solemn ministry. He beheld the bleeding victim upon the altar of sacrifice. With the worshipers He bowed in prayer, while the cloud of incense ascended before God. He witnessed the impressive rites of the paschal service. Day by day He saw their meaning more clearly. Every act seemed to be bound up with His own life. New impulses were awakening within Him. Silent and absorbed, He seemed to be studying out a great problem. The mystery of His mission was opening to the Saviour."

Jesus was given "the knowing" of His mission as His followers receive the knowing about Him. This knowing has come from the Spirit and the unction is experienced. This is the only way one can know who He was. It is in the same way that He knew who He was. This is the knowledge of the Son of God. This is the knowing and the unction. This is the proof of our experience.
