What does an enlightened person's lifestyle look like?

Simple, uncluttered, rooted in presence.

They eat when hungry, sleep when tired, speak when silence won’t do.

There is no rush, no grasping, no resistance.

Work is worship, rest is sacred, each breath is a prayer.

They do not seek attention, nor do they avoid it.
They flow, unnoticed yet unshakable.

They own little yet lack nothing.

Their joy is not loud.
It is deep, still, and unshakable.

They laugh easily, cry without shame, and love without holding.

Their chronic suffering has ceased to arise.

They no longer feel anxiety/worry, loneliness, boredom, regret, etc.

They no longer fear death.

They are in the world, but not of it.
